New Year's Eve on the 3 day Tours - departure from Mhamid

Day 1: M’hamid

In the afternoon, go to our Mhamid Travel agency, located opposite the Grand Mosque of the village m’hamid, the last village before the desert, transfer in 4×4 through the palm grove to the bivouac El Mezouaria.preparation for the night of New Year’s Eve.

The New Year’s Eve takes place under a starry sky in the middle of the desert around a great fire. A delicious traditional dinner will be served, including Moroccan Soup, a méchoui (whole sheep cooked in a special oven, smothered: festive specialty) couscous, and seasonal dessert, as well as tea, Moroccan pastries. Evening with folklore nomad, overnight camping El Mezouaria.

Day 2: M’hamid – Chegaga

After breakfast, ride on a camel for 1 or 2 hours then start in 4×4 by a sandy track for the big dunes of Chegaga, the biggest dunes of Morocco, lunch in the shade of palm trees or tamarisks, in the afternoon pick up the track towards Chegaga.

Arrival at the bivouac in chegaga to watch the sunset, dinner and night in a tent or under the stars

Day 3: Chegaga – M’hamid

Breakfast at the camp before leaving in 4×4 across the tracks, return to M’hamid, visit of the old Ksar of M’hamid, tea at the habitant’s, then return to the village.
