Early in the morning after having lunch and getting to know the camel and dromedary, from the gate of the desert. After a few hours of walking through the different aspects of the desert, stop for lunch in Elbour.
Stop at the end of the day “KRAYAAT JMAL” desert open for the installation of the camp, Camp Fire and night in the fascinating starry sky.
“OUAD NAAM” in the dunes and next to a well to meet the nomads of the region. After lunch, you go back to walking, always in the middle of the dunes, to the bivouac “desert bivouac” in time and enjoy the sunset.
Have breakfast and continue walking through the vast expanse of the desert, rest for lunch. Back in the late afternoon m’HAMID
Camel and desert camp: This trip explores wonderful parts of the great desert. We start our camel ride towards the large dunes of the ERG Chegaga. After about 3 hours of driving, we stop for a lunch break under a shady tree, enjoy a tea and relax. We then continue for another 3 hours between the horse riding and the trekking until we reach a dry river (Oued Naam) where we will set up our camp, dine and spend the night in a tent or under the starry sky.
In the morning, our journey continues in the middle of the desert. We will cross much of the desert for about 3 hours before stopping somewhere for lunch. After our meal, we continue our exploration and enjoy the fabulous desert landscape. After another trip of about 3 hours, we will set up our camp in the beautiful region of the dunes of Lotide. Here we will dine and spend the night under the starry sky or under tents.
Enjoy breakfast in the morning and sunrise before continuing our hike to the large dunes of the Erg Chegaga. Lunch and a cup of tea are offered in the sacred Oasis before reaching the dunes. In this oasis you will find palm trees and a year-round water source used by the nomads for their personal use and for their herds.
After another 15 km of horseback riding, we arrive at the large dunes of the ERG Chegaga, reaching a height of 300 m and a reach of 40 km. Here you can admire the sunset and discover a different world, made of calm and tranquility. You will enjoy dinner accompanied by local entertainment and spend the night in a Berber tent in a desert camp.
Admire an unforgettable sunrise with the morning breeze and enjoy breakfast served in a tent or in the open air before returning with our vehicle to the village of Mhamid, where the arrival is scheduled around 10: 30 am.
